ArchInCAD Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the ArchInCAD website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the website or services.

2. Services Offered

ArchInCAD provides interior design services, including but not limited to, new builds, refurbishments, extensions, conversions, and CAD drawing and AutoCAD tutorials. The specific scope of services will be detailed in a separate agreement.

3. Fees and Payment

All fees associated with ArchInCAD services are outlined in a separate agreement. Payment terms will be agreed upon in writing.

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights and trademarks, related to ArchInCAD’s designs, materials, and services remain the property of ArchInCAD. Clients may use the designs for their own projects, but any reproduction or distribution of ArchInCAD’s designs without explicit written permission is prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

ArchInCAD will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services. ArchInCAD’s liability is limited to the amount paid by the client.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

7. Changes to Terms

ArchInCAD reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on the website.
